Peakjobs focuses on ensuring compliance with relevant labor and electronic communication laws in Kosovo, providing a safe and legal environment for both companies and workers.

  • Sign Up: Companies create an account on the Peakjobs platform.
  • Post Jobs: Employers can post detailed job listings, specifying the requirements, location, and other relevant details.
  • Review Applications: Businesses can review applications submitted by interested workers.
  • Hire Workers: Employers select and hire suitable candidates for their job openings.
  • Manage Workforce: Companies can manage their hires, track job performance, and communicate with workers directly through the platform.

  • Data Encryption: All business data, including job postings and communications, is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access.

Send an email to support@peakjobs.app with a request to delete your account

  • Visit  business.peakjobs.app
  • Click on "Sign Up".
  • Enter your email and create a password.
  • Confirm Email: Check your email for a confirmation link and click on it to verify your account.
  • Complete Profile: Fill out your company profile and start posting job openings.
  • Visit business.peakjobs.app
  • Click on "Sign In": Find and click the "Sign In" button.
  • Forgot Password: Click on the "Forgot Password?" link below the login fields.
  • Enter Email: Enter the email address associated with your account.
  • Check Email: Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions to reset your password.
  • Visit business.peakjobs.app
  • Click on "Sign In": Find and click the "Sign In" button.
  • At your left side click on "Subscription".
  • Click on "Add payment card" button and add a credit or debit card.
  • Click "Subscribe" button and check all plans.
  • "Select Plan" that suits you.

On the free version you can have only one unit per organisation. If you need more units, you have to subscribe to one of our plans.

  • Click on "Units" on your left side.
  • Click "Add new unit"
  • Type your "Unit name" "Unit phone number" and "Unit address"
  • Click on "Create"
  • Visit business.peakjobs.app
  • Click on "Sign In": Find and click the "Sign In" button.
  • At your left side click on "Jobs".
  • Click on "Post a job" button.
  • Add "Job Position", "Price per hour", "Number of workers needed".
  • Select "Organisation Unit".
  • Type a clear description of the job position.
  • Add Images/Photos of the job position.
  • Add Shift "Start Date and Time" and "End Date and Time",
  • Click "Post" to post the job.

You can only change a job if no one has applied.

  • Click on "Jobs".
  • Click on "Upcoming".
  • Click on "Not assigned".
  • Find the job you want to make changes, Click "Edit".

You can only change "Hourly Payment", "Job Description" and "Images"

You can only delete a job if you haven't accepted anyone for that job.

  • Click on "Jobs".
  • Click on "Upcoming".
  • Click on "Not assigned".
  • Find the job you want to delete.
  • Click "Edit".
  • Click "Delete".

A job refers to a specific position or role within an organization. It includes duties, responsibilities, and tasks assigned to an individual or group. A shift refers to the specific period during which an employee is scheduled to work. It is a segment of time within a day or week that an employee is assigned to perform their job duties.

You cannot cancel subscription, but you can always switch to free version!

  • Click on "Subscriptions"
  • Click on "Manage Subscription"
  • Select "Free Plan"

"Clock in" refers to the process of recording the time when an employee starts their work shift. This practice is essential for accurately tracking the hours worked by employees, which in turn helps in calculating payroll and managing time effectively.

    You should always clocki in at the beginning of your shifts, this help employees maintain an accurate record of their working hours, benefiting both themselves and their employers.

  • Browse Jobs: Users can browse available job listings based on their preferences, such as location, type of work, and availability.
  • Apply: Workers apply for jobs that match their skills and interests.
  • Get Hired: Once selected by a company, workers are notified and can start working.
  • Track Work: Workers can manage their job applications, track their working hours, and communicate with employers via the app.

  • Privacy Protection: Personal information, such as full names, contact details, and job preferences, is protected and not shared with anyone without explicit consent.
  • Data Encryption: All personal data is encrypted to safeguard against data breaches and unauthorized access.
  • User Control: Workers have control over their data, including the ability to update or delete their information at any time.

You can delete your account in this way:

  • Open the Peakobs App
  • Click on Profile
  • Click on Settings
  • Click delete account

  • Open the App: Launch the app select your preferences in onboarding screens
  • Click on Profile: At profile click on the Create account button.
  • At Create Account: Provide your personal information, including full name, preferred work city, available days, desired positions, and email.
  • Create a Password: Set a strong password for your account.
  • Confirm Email: Check your email for a confirmation link and click on it to verify your account.
  • Complete Profile: Fill out your profile details and start browsing job listings.
  • Open the App: Open the Peakjobs mobile app.
  • Click on "Sign In": Find and click the "Sign In" button.
  • Forgot Password: Click on the "Forgot Password?" link below the login fields.
  • Enter Email: Enter the email address associated with your account.
  • Check Email: Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions to reset your password

  • Add "Location" where you want to search jobs.
  • Click on jobs that you like.
  • Click "Apply".
  • If you don't have an account, after clicking "Apply" you will be redirected to sign up.
